Home & Embodied Space
The Energetic Imprint of Space
I have always noticed rooms the way other people notice faces.
Before I know what a space contains, I know what it holds, how it makes my body feel, whether it was arranged in a hurry or with care, whether it was born from love or has been the center of an emotional storm. My body responds to it all.
This isn't new to me. Long before I trained as a therapist, I was rearranging furniture, decorating objects and spaces as a young person in Hong Kong, certain that a room could be inharmonious in the same way a mood could be inharmonious, and that both could be gently coaxed right again. I studied interior design before I studied the body. I have spent years since learning that the two were never really separate. Both have an energetic blueprint, an expression of a person's soul.
What I bring to a room now is not a single tradition but several, held at once, shaped by a lineage that bridges cultures. It is an instinct, inherited from a long line of makers, a deep sense of knowing and years of learning about energy in mind, body and space.
Your home is a sacred sanctuary. It is a space that has the power to transform a mood, a space that can regulate through felt safety. It is a space for self expression and a measure of self love.
Working Together
I offer bespoke support for the home, drawn from years of working with clients as an interior stylist and space healer. Every space, and every person, holds a different story, so there is no fixed package, only a conversation about what your home needs, and what you need from it.
This might look like a mood board that gives shape to a feeling you haven't yet found words for. It might be sourcing and bringing in pieces that carry the right energy, or rearranging what you already have so the room finally feels like you. It might be dowsing, to clear and clarify the energy held in the space itself. Often, it's a combination of the practical and the energetic, working together, because a room is never just furniture.
If this speaks to you, reach out and tell me a little about your space and what you're feeling in it. From there, we'll shape something that fits.
