With Love, From My Hands to Yours
Each mala I create is a thread of beauty, energy, and intention, hand-knotted with care, blessed with stillness, and made to accompany you on your path. Before purchasing, please take a moment to read these gentle guidelines.
1. The Nature of Natural Things
Every stone I use is a one-of-a-kind, so please note,
Colour and pattern variations are to be expected due to the unique nature of each stone.
Colours may appear differently on screen depending on your device settings.
These natural differences are part of each piece’s charm and are not considered faults.
2. Bespoke & Intuitive Creations
Some pieces are made intuitively, guided by the energy I feel from you or your intention.
If you choose this path, I am honoured deeply and ask that in trusting me to create from my inner guidance, you acknowledge that the final creation may differ from your expectations.
If, upon receiving your bespoke mala, it doesn’t feel aligned, you are welcome to return it within 14 days, as long as it’s unworn and safely returned in its original wrapping.
This offering is part of the integrity I hold in my work.
3. The Ritual of Care
Your mala is more than adornment, it is an object of devotion.
Please keep it dry, out of harsh light and strong perfume.
When not in use, lay it gently in a pouch or on an altar, as you would a sacred object.
If it breaks or a stone cracks - as mala’s sometimes do during times of change and transition, it may be time to pause and listen.
4. Restringing with Reverence
If your mala breaks within 12 months of purchase, I offer a one-time complimentary restringing.
Please send a photo and your order details to begin.
Shipping to and from my studio is yours to cover.
After 12 months, I may still offer restringing for a small fee, with love.
Breakage is often symbolic in mala practice and can signify energetic shifts. I will always handle your piece with reverence and care.
5. Exchanges & Returns
If your ready-to-ship mala doesn’t feel right once it arrives, you may return it within 14 days, as long as it is unworn and returned with care.
Shipping costs are non-refundable and return postage is your responsibility unless the piece is faulty.
6. Shipping & Sending
Ready to ship orders are usually sent within 3–5 working days, carefully wrapped and blessed.
Bespoke Mala’s have a longer delivery time and this will be discussed during the creative process. Please feel free to contact me if your order is urgent and I will do my best to accommodate your time frame.
Please understand that delays with couriers are out of my hands once posted.
7. If Something Isn’t Right
Should your mala arrive damaged or there is a fault, I ask that you contact me within 5 days of receiving it. I’ll make it right with grace.
8. A Note on Energy
These malas are made to support your healing, meditation, and self-connection but they are not a substitute for medical or mental health care. Always trust your own inner wisdom and seek professional support when needed.
9. An Artist’s Boundaries
Each piece I make is born from a space of devotion and presence. I lovingly reserve the right to decline commissions that do not align with the spirit of my work.
With Gratitude
If you have any questions, need a repair, or wish to commission a piece, please reach out.
