Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before booking or participating in any 1:1 Transformation Sessions, 5-Week Focused Alignment Containers, or related services (collectively, the “Services”). By booking a session or purchasing a container, you (“Client”, “you”) agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Scope of Services & Medical Disclaimer

  • 1.1 Nature of the Work: The Services provided by Alexandra Rose include transformational life coaching, energy psychology (including Advanced Emotional Freedom Techniques / EFT Tapping) and other modalities within the field of wellness.

  • 1.2 Not Medical or Psychological Therapy: The Services are educational, somatic, and personal development tools. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, mental health therapy, psychotherapy, or psychiatric treatment. Alexandra Rose is not a licensed physician, psychologist, or psychiatrist.

  • 1.3 Personal Responsibility: You understand that transformation and nervous system regulation require active participation and self-responsibility. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, financial gains, or medical cures. You retain full autonomy over your physical, emotional, and spatial decisions.

2. Bookings, Payments & Pricing

  • 2.1 Pricing Currency: All fees are listed and charged in British Pounds Sterling (£ / GBP).

  • 2.2 Payment Terms:

    • 1:1 Transformation Sessions (60 min, £100): Payment must be made in full at the time of booking to secure your appointment.

    • 5 Week Focused Alignment Containers (Track A: £550 | Track B: £695): Payment must be paid in full upfront or via an agreed-upon installment plan before the first session commences.

  • 2.3 Capacity & Container Limits: To maintain high touch quality, intake for 5 week containers is strictly limited. Places are allocated on a first come, first served basis upon receipt of payment or initial deposit.

3. Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refund Policy

  • 3.1 Rescheduling: You may reschedule a scheduled 1:1 session without penalty provided you give at least 24 hours’ notice prior to your appointment time via email or phone.

  • 3.2 Late Cancellations & No-Shows:

    • Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice will forfeit the session fee (or count as one completed session within a container).

    • If you are more than 15 minutes late to a scheduled virtual call without prior notice, the session will be considered a no show and will be forfeited.

  • 3.3 Refund Policy:

    • Single Sessions: Non-refundable once completed. If cancelled at least 24 hours in advance, a full refund or session credit will be issued.

    • 5 Week Containers: Due to the dedicated nature and limited availability of container spots, container fees are non refundable once the first session has taken place or container assets/materials have been delivered.

4. Container Structure & Expiry (5 Week Program)

  • 4.1 Duration & Pace: The 5 Week Focused Alignment Container is designed to run over 5 consecutive weeks to build momentum.

  • 4.2 Container Expiry: All sessions within a 5 week container must be completed within 8 weeks of the start date. Any sessions unused after 8 weeks will expire unless an extension is agreed upon in writing due to exceptional circumstances.

  • 4.3 Between Session Support: Voice/text support is active Monday through Thursday during standard business hours (UK time). Support is designed for integration check ins and quick guidance, not emergency mental health crisis support.

5. Home Space & Sanctuary Audit (Track B Clients)

  • 5.1 Virtual/Photo Submissions: For Track B clients, interior space evaluations are conducted via virtual video walkthroughs, photographs, and floor plans provided by the Client.

  • 5.2 Interior Recommendations: Space alignment advice consists of intuitive, spatial, and aesthetic layout guidance. It does not include structural engineering, architectural blueprints, or physical contractor work. You remain responsible for any physical modifications made to your property.
