A gentle guide to our working relationship

The spaces we live in shape the way we feel. My offerings are a sacred collaboration where your inner world meets the outer, and beauty becomes a form of healing.

Before we begin, please read through these terms. This gentle guide outlines the spirit of our collaboration, so we can journey together with clarity, trust, and reverence.

1. The Spirit of This Work

These offerings are not just about aesthetics, they are about energy, intention, and embodiment.

I work intuitively and practically to help you create a space or lifestyle that supports your nervous system, honours your sensitivity, and feels deeply like home.

Each offering is unique and my approach is slow, spacious, and tailored entirely to you.

2. Booking & Commitment

• Your space is sacred, and so is the container we create.
  Bookings are confirmed with full payment or a non-refundable deposit, as agreed.

• For deeper design journeys, payment plans may be available to honour your flow.

• Once we begin, your commitment holds the thread of our work. I bring my full presence and ask the same from you, with softness.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

• If you need to reschedule a session or consultation, please give at least 48 hours’ notice.
  Late cancellations may incur a 50% fee, to honour the time held for you.

• Larger projects unfold over time. While I aim to meet agreed timelines, I also work intuitively and with care, never rushing the energy. I will always communicate if more time is needed, and trust the process will deliver us to exactly where we’re meant to land.

4. The Art of Co-Creation

This is a co-creation.

• I may offer suggestions, guidance, and energetically attuned designs - but you are always free to accept, adapt, or decline.

• Your honesty, feedback, and presence are deeply valued. I honour your intuition as much as my own. Together, we weave.

• This process is most nourishing when you arrive with openness, curiosity, and trust in the pace that unfolds.

5. Creative & Energetic Boundaries

I lovingly reserve the right to decline projects that don’t align with the spirit of my work.
This ensures I can bring the deepest devotion and presence to every client and protects the depth and integrity of the offerings I create.

You are welcome to share your finished sanctuary or space online - I simply ask that credit is given when sharing my designs or words publicly.

All creative materials are for your personal use only, and not to be copied or shared publicly without written consent. Thank you for holding them with the same care in which they were made.

6. Limitations & Support

I am not an architect or builder. My offerings support the energetic, emotional, and aesthetics of the space we are creating.

Please seek professional services for any queries regarding building safety and structural design.

7. If Something Doesn’t Feel Right

Our relationship is a space of trust. If something feels unclear or off at any point, please reach out.

I am always open to hearing, adjusting, and honouring your experience.
This is a living practice and not a fixed structure.
